It is a lingo used by Cryptocurrency investors and traders.
It refers to the highest price that a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ether, Polkadot, Ada, XLM, XRP, Theta etc. has reached since its listing or inception in any exchange across the globe. That said there is no guarantee that the cryptocurrency will drop in price again below previous ATH.
