How to Contact Coinbase Support & Get a FAST Response

Hi, friends! In this video, I’m going to show you how to contact Coinbase Customer Support and get a response quickly.

As promised in the video, here are the questions (regarding wiring and money transfer issues) that COINBASE support asked me in our correspondence. It will hopefully speed things, if you include this in the beginning.

“Can you tell me what error message(s) you are receiving, and/or provide a screenshot of where you’re getting stuck?

Additionally, can you please provide the following:
1. Date of deposit/withdrawal/buy/sell
2. Amount of transfer
3. Last 4 digits of the bank account/card
4. Transaction hash (if sending/ receiving cryptocurrency)
5. Bank charges screenshot (if double charged or unusual charges)
6. Payment code / reference code

Please send any images or screenshots as attachments. We’re unable to see images/screenshots when they are inserted in the body of your email.

After you send us the information requested above, we’ll work hard to quickly address this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
